ISCP collaborates with over forty partner governments, institutions, and organizations to fund residency opportunities. The following partner sponsors publicly call for applications for residencies at ISCP. Edward Steichen Award - Open to artists between the ages of 25 and 35. All candidates are required to be sponsored by an institute active in the field of contemporary art, based either in Luxembourg, or the greater region around Luxembourg, i.e., the Lorraine (France), Wallonie (Belgium), or the Länder of Saarland and Rheinland-Pfalz (Germany). Six-month residency bi-annually. |

| The Netherlands | Stichting Fonds voor Beeldende Kunsten, Vormgeving en Bouwkunst, Amsterdam | Applicants must be resident in the Netherlands and if they are not Dutch nationals they must have a valid residence permit. The residency is for a twelve months. |
| New Zealand | Creative New Zealand, Wellington | Applicants must be New Zealand visual artists currently working or exhibiting in New Zealand. The residency is for four months. |
| James Wallace Charitable Arts Trust, Auckland | Applicants must be New Zealand Citizens or permanent residents of New Zealand at the time of entry. Artists who have previously won the Paramount Wallace Art Award may not re-enter. | |
| Norway | Office for Contemporary Art, Oslo / American-Scandinavian Foundation, New York City | OCA provides a a nine-month residency for an artist and a three-month residency for a curator annually. In addition, OCA supports the cost of the apartment for the artist. |
