ISCP is located at 1040 Metropolitan Avenue in Brooklyn on three floors in a renovated factory. The ISCP facilities include two separate galleries and a kitchen/lounge area, entrance via loading dock and drive-up access for cars and deliveries. The building has 2,300 square feet of usable space for events with a standing capacity of up to 500 persons and a sitting capacity of 150 as well as 13-foot ceilings with adjustable gallery lighting and sunlit spaces from skylights.
ISCP offers a variety of audiovisual equipment at a minimal additional cost and our staff can recommend an array of reliable vendors for your catering, beverage or setup needs. Proof of insurance is required.
Rental fees start at $1,500 and waivers and additional fees may apply on a case-by-case basis.
